A Dangerous Combination….

Combine a weekend alone while my wife attends a “Silent Weekend” for her study of ASL with a cold, add in a liberal portion of NyQuil and then sprinkle in a marathon of:

The result is mind altering half delirious dreams that leave you wondering about reality.

“Keep your paws off me you damned dirty ape!”

I am, at heart, a software developer though I am currently managing a small Information Technology department for a mid sized company located in my hometown of Jacksonville, FL. When I am not playing with the latest smart-phone or trying to become inspired to write code I read almost anything I can get my hands on from Pulp Era adventures to biographies of world leaders and everything in between.

  1. Ok..kinda off topic but tonight at the ASL Improv they took quotes from the audience and did an improv game where they act out this scene, it was a date, and pull out quotes to insert randomly. So I wrote that quote down thinking of you and they used it! I busted out laughing!

  2. Step away from the Nyquil. That is some potent stuff. I love it myself.

  3. Using dayquil in the day time so I don’t sleep so much. But the nighttime Nyquil delusions are a pleasent diversion from trying to cough up a lungh when you have a cold!

And it makes you think that you are imprisoned by talking apes too..so there is that bonus as well..
